A once-in-a-generation opportunity to shape the future of one of the UK's most significant regeneration programmes
The Organisation
Euston is far more than a station redevelopment. It is one of the most significant and complex redevelopment programmes in the UK and will transform a major gateway to London while creating lasting economic, social and environmental value for generations to come. The Euston Delivery Company (EDC) has been established to bring together the vision, leadership and delivery capability required to realise this opportunity. Working across a complex partnership landscape, EDC will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Euston and ensuring the programme delivers against its full potential.
The Role
As Chair of the Euston Delivery Company, you will lead the organisation through its formative years while helping to steer one of the UK's most complex and high-profile infrastructure and regeneration programmes. Working closely with Government, Ministers and key local and industry stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership to the Board, ensure the highest standards of governance and accountability, and help create an organisation capable of supporting delivery at scale.
This is a role that requires vision, judgement and resilience in equal measure. You will oversee the development of the Board, support and challenge the incoming Chief Executive and Executive Team and help unite a diverse range of partners behind a shared ambition. As EDC moves from mobilisation into delivery, your leadership will be instrumental in creating an organisation that is collaborative, effective and trusted by stakeholders at every level.
The Experience Sought
We are seeking an exceptional leader with a track record of operating at the highest levels of public, private or regulated-sector organisations. You will bring extensive experience of leading major programmes, infrastructure projects or large-scale development initiatives, alongside a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build consensus around shared goals. Experience of working within a politically sensitive environment will be highly valued. Above all, you will be recognised for your integrity, credibility and commitment to public service.
Your Opportunity to Leave a Legacy
If you are inspired by complexity, motivated by public impact and energised by the opportunity to bring together partners behind a shared vision, we would love to hear from you. This is a rare chance to lead at the intersection of regeneration, infrastructure and public purpose, helping to create a legacy that will be felt long after the programme is complete. Join EDC and play a defining role in delivering the future of Euston.
