As Chief Executive, you will lead at scale, chairing an experienced senior team and working in close partnership with elected members. You will provide clear, politically astute leadership to an organisation of 15,000 staff delivering more than 700 services to 383,000 residents. You will turn bold political ambition into tangible outcomes, while maintaining strong governance, financial discipline and organisational confidence.

You will represent Cardiff locally, regionally and nationally, shaping relationships with government, public service partners, business and the third sector. You will lead inclusive and sustainable transformation, grounded in the realities of public service delivery.
