We are expanding our national network of interim workforce professionals to support a leading healthcare consultancy delivering highimpact transformation and workforce improvement programmes across the UK.
We are particularly interested in professionals with:
Significant NHS workforce experience (essential for most roles)
Backgrounds in workforce, HR, OD, change management, or clinical workforce leadership
Professional registrations where applicable (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health Professionals, or other clinical qualifications) OR other relevant qualifications such as CIPD, MBA, or a Degree in OD etc
Experience delivering clinical workforce reviews, service diagnostics, or workforce transformation projects
Knowledge of workforce systems
Experience of using workforce analytics to drive change
Interim assignments include:
Workforce Leads, Business Partners & Senior Workforce Specialists
Workforce Programme / Project Managers
Clinical Workforce Review Specialists
eRostering / Workforce Systems Consultants
